Pricing questions

Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial of the full product. Your card is not charged during the trial.
No. Prices exclude VAT — VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country (for example, UK 20%). EU businesses with a valid VAT number pay 0% (reverse charge).
£ in the UK, € in the EU, $ everywhere else — decided by your billing country at first checkout, and locked for the life of your subscription. Add-ons charge in the same currency, and the numbers are the same in every currency.
In Billing details / Company Profile in the app. EU businesses with a validated VAT number are charged 0% VAT (reverse charge).
No. Pricing is flat and linear: £49/mo + VAT for the base plan (first website included) and £25/mo + VAT for each additional website. Agencies running 3+ websites can join the Partner Program and get 15% cashback on everything they pay.
No. Heatmaps are an optional add-on at £15/site/mo + VAT (or £119/site/yr + VAT). You can enable them per website, only where you need them.
You can stop billing for any website at any time. On monthly plans, unused days are credited on your next invoice. On annual plans, cancellation takes effect at renewal. Closing your last website ends the subscription.
