Every new Digenio AI account starts with a 7-day free trial of the full platform — all features, no credit card required. When the trial ends you can choose a plan to keep going, or simply do nothing and the trial expires.
No. The 7-day trial requires no payment details. You only add payment information when you choose a paid plan.
Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK customers have 20% VAT added at checkout. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number pay via reverse charge — £0 UK VAT, you account for VAT in your own country. Add your VAT number in Company Profile in your workspace and we validate it automatically.
Your base plan includes one website. Each additional website is +£25/month (£199/year on annual billing) and can be added from your workspace at any time — billing updates automatically.
Heatmaps are a per-website add-on at +£15/month per activated website (£119/year each). You choose which of your connected sites get it — activate from the billing page in your workspace.
Use Forgot password on the login screen. If you registered with Google Sign-In only, you don’t need a password — just use the Google button.
Yes. Digenio AI processes personal data under GDPR. The privacy policy explains what we collect and why; the terms govern use of the platform.
